The strategy prioritizes quality over quantity. On average, you can expect 4-5 complete trades per month per coin (BNB and BTC). However, market conditions vary. Some months may have 0-2 edge updates, while others can have 8-10. If the algorithm doesn't see a high-probability setup, it will remain in cash to protect your capital. Patience is a core part of the edge. The best trade is sometimes no trade at all.

Win Rate is the percentage of closed trades that ended in profit. A Win Rate of 85% means 85 out of every 100 trades were profitable. It is one of the clearest indicators of strategy consistency-but it should always be evaluated alongside Profit Factor and Max Drawdown, as a high win rate alone doesn't tell the full story of risk. Transparency means showing the 15% that didn't go as planned, too.

The backtest history is divided into 10 independent out-of-sample (OOS) test windows. Each window is tested separately, without any overlap with the data used to tune the strategy. The Stability Score shows how many of those 10 windows ended in profit. A score of 10/10 means the strategy remained profitable in every single independent period-a strong edge of genuine robustness rather than results fitting one lucky stretch of market history.

Max Drawdown is the largest peak-to-trough decline recorded. While most tools calculate drawdown based on hourly candle closes, actual intrabar low prices are used here. This captures the absolute worst point a position reached during a trade, not just where it stood at the end of the hour. Intrabar lows represent the most honest version of risk - that's why they're used here. A more conservative and honest number that reflects the true pressure your account (and nerves) would have faced in real-time trading.

The strategy targets mid-term moves. For BNB, the average holding time is around 37 hours-roughly one and a half days. This is not high-frequency scalping; it's designed so you don't need to be glued to the screen 24/7.
