This Privacy Notice for FerimanEdge ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services").

What personal information do we process? We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you contact us via our contact form (name, email address, message). Our hosting provider may collect basic server request data.
Do we process any sensitive personal information? No, we do not process sensitive personal information.
Do we collect any information from third parties? We do not collect payment, billing, or subscription information from the Merchant of Record. Information you provide directly to third-party platforms is handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.
Third-party service providers. Contact form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (Netlify Forms). Discord handles data you provide on Discord. Purchase, payment, billing, and subscription data are handled by the third-party Merchant of Record presented at checkout within its own platform and under its own privacy notice. FerimanEdge does not receive or store payment, billing, or subscription data from the Merchant of Record and does not collect or store full payment card details.
How do we process your information? We process information you submit via our contact form solely to respond to your inquiry.

For subscription management, payments, and edge delivery, you may be directed to third-party platforms. Discord handles data you provide on Discord, and the third-party Merchant of Record presented at checkout handles purchase, payment, billing, and subscription information on its own platform. FerimanEdge does not receive or store payment, billing, or subscription data from the Merchant of Record and does not collect or store full payment card details. The processing of your data on these platforms is governed by their respective privacy notices.
