Prices displayed in edge updates are reference points based on real-time exchange data at the moment the edge is generated. The actual price available to you when executing a trade may differ due to market slippage, liquidity conditions, or exchange-specific factors. Reference prices are not guaranteed execution prices. Our responsibility remains subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
FerimanEdge uses Discord for community access and Edge Update delivery. Paid subscriptions are not currently available. Full Access purchases will use Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe acting as Merchant of Record (shown at checkout as "Sold through Link"). FerimanEdge remains responsible for service delivery. Delivery may be affected by third-party interruptions. We will take reasonable steps to restore the service and communicate significant disruptions through Discord where available. This does not exclude any remedy you may have under applicable law.
Names, logos, and marks of third parties, including cryptocurrency projects, exchanges, Discord, and WordPress, are used only to identify assets, data sources, or integrations. They remain the property of their respective owners. FerimanEdge is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those parties unless expressly stated.
We remain responsible for providing the service in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Any liability for breach, including the conditions for compensation and the losses recoverable, is determined under applicable law.
