FerimanEdge ("Company," "we," "us," "our") is operated by Bajza Ferenc EV, a Hungarian sole proprietorship. We operate the website https://ferimanedge.com/ (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services"). FerimanEdge.com provides algorithmic Edge Updates for crypto markets for informational purposes only.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and FerimanEdge, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We will announce material changes to these Terms by email to active subscribers and in the designated Discord announcements channel at least 30 days before they take effect, explaining the changes and their effective date. Where applicable law requires another form of notice or your express agreement, we will meet those requirements. You may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. Changes will not apply retroactively. Changes strictly necessary to comply with law or address an urgent security risk may take effect sooner. We will explain the reason and provide notice as soon as reasonably possible.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Full Access can be purchased only from countries accepted at checkout. These include the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and every EU country. A payment from another country is declined at checkout.
All Full Access subscribers receive the same algorithm-generated updates. We do not assess your financial circumstances, portfolio, investment objectives or risk tolerance, and we do not provide personalized recommendations. Customer support covers service operation, subscriptions and access issues only. We do not provide customer trade execution.
The Services provide general market analysis and algorithm-generated reference-strategy outputs. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations, tax advice or legal advice. Your trading decisions, including the entry, exit, and management of your positions, are made and carried out by you, at your own discretion. The Service does not support, offer, or provide automated trade execution, copy-trading, or any form of discretionary portfolio management. FerimanEdge never requests, requires, or accepts API access to any User's exchange accounts or third-party trading platforms.
Prices displayed in edge updates are reference points based on real-time exchange data and may differ from the actual execution price available to the User due to market slippage, liquidity, or exchange-specific conditions. Reference prices are not guaranteed execution prices. Our responsibility remains subject to Section 19 and applicable law.
We own the original Content we create for the Services and have the rights needed to provide the Services. Some names, logos, icons, and marks displayed in the Services are third-party materials used to identify supported assets or integrations. They remain the property of their respective owners, and their display does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Nothing in these Legal Terms grants rights in third-party marks.
Our original Content and FerimanEdge trademarks, service marks, and logos are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in the United States and around the world.
Our original Content and FerimanEdge Marks may be used only as permitted below.
Software distributed under an open-source license, including the FerimanEdge WordPress plugin, is governed by that license. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted under the applicable open-source license. Those rights do not grant trademark permission to misrepresent a modified or redistributed version as an official FerimanEdge product.
You may use the Services for your own personal purposes or for the internal business purposes of the organization on whose behalf you subscribe. Each subscription provides access for one individual user unless the order expressly states otherwise. An organization's subscription does not permit shared accounts, access by multiple individuals, resale, redistribution, or delivery of our updates to its clients or other third parties. The separate permission for official widgets remains applicable.
You may embed the official FerimanEdge widgets on personal or commercial websites using the supplied embed code or official plugins, provided that you do not modify, obscure the branding of, resell, redistribute, or misrepresent the widgets or their data.
Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, no part of the Services and no original Content or FerimanEdge Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
If you wish to make any use of the Services, our original Content, or FerimanEdge Marks other than as set out in this section, please contact us via our contact page. If we ever grant you permission to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our Services or original Content, you must identify us as the owners or licensors of that material and ensure that any copyright or proprietary notice appears or is visible on posting, reproducing, or displaying it.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, our original Content, and FerimanEdge Marks.

FerimanEdge does not offer, authorize, or support customer trading-platform integrations. These restrictions do not prohibit use of the official market regime widgets, official widget plugins, or the official market regime Discord bot for their intended informational purposes. The widget embedding permission in Section 3 remains applicable.
If you subscribe on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
Pre-launch: Paid subscriptions are not currently available. Our selected Merchant of Record solution is Stripe Managed Payments. Sections 6 and 7 describe the planned subscription terms, which will be finalized before checkout opens.
Full Access is provided by Bajza Ferenc EV (FerimanEdge). Purchases are processed by Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, which acts as Merchant of Record: it sells the subscription on FerimanEdge's behalf, processes the payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and issues your receipt. You can exercise your withdrawal, refund and complaint rights directly with FerimanEdge, and also through Link support. FerimanEdge remains responsible for providing Full Access under these Terms.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the transaction and Merchant of Record.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information requested during the purchase process and, where applicable, to keep information associated with your purchase up to date through the interface provided for the transaction.
We may change prices for new purchases at any time. Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise displayed at checkout. The final amount and currency applicable to the purchase are shown before payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Early Bird pricing is available for the first 100 successfully completed Full Access subscription purchases through the Early Bird checkout. The $29/month rate remains available while the subscription stays continuously active. If the subscription ends, resubscribing is subject to the price available at that time. The standard price is $49/month. These USD prices include applicable taxes. The final amount and currency are shown at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize the payment method associated with the order to be charged on a recurring monthly basis while the subscription remains active.
If a renewal payment fails, Full Access continues while the payment provider retries the payment. If the retries do not succeed, Full Access ends. Access is restored after a successful payment while the subscription still exists. A failed payment does not, by itself, end Early Bird eligibility while the existing subscription remains active under the payment provider's retry process. If that subscription ends, the resubscription pricing rules apply.
You may cancel your subscription through Link at https://app.link.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. If you cannot access subscription management, contact Link support or contact us through our contact page for assistance. This does not limit any statutory withdrawal or refund rights.
The price of an active subscription never increases. A new price applies only to new purchases, including a new subscription after a previous one has ended. This applies to every subscription, including Early Bird.
Purchases and subscription administration are handled by Sold through Link, LLC as Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, invoices or receipts, and the execution of refunds. After purchase, FerimanEdge sends you an email confirming the subscription, with these Terms attached, the withdrawal information and the model withdrawal form.
Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by the Merchant of Record under its applicable terms. A pending payment dispute is not, by itself, a finding that you breached these Terms or committed fraud, and it does not, by itself, end your subscription or your Early Bird rate. We may suspend access under Section 13 where the facts independently make that reasonably necessary. If a dispute ends with the payment being returned to you, we may cancel the affected subscription after review. Cancellation ends Full Access, and the Early Bird resubscription rules in this Section apply. This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
21-day full refund. You may withdraw from your Full Access subscription within 21 days after the purchase, without giving any reason, and receive a full refund without any deduction for use. This applies to everyone, whether you buy as a consumer or for a business, in any country. For consumers it includes the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which FerimanEdge extends to 21 days. For everyone else it is a contractual right on the same terms. If mandatory law gives you a longer period, that period applies. Starting or using Full Access does not affect this right. A new subscription after a previous one has ended starts a new 21-day period. Monthly renewals do not.
Immediate start. Full Access starts immediately after payment. By accepting these Terms at checkout, you expressly request that FerimanEdge starts providing Full Access before the statutory withdrawal period ends. Under the law, a consumer who makes this request loses the statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and may owe a proportionate amount for the period used. FerimanEdge waives this amount: a withdrawal within the 21 days always receives a full refund.
How to withdraw. Use Withdraw from contract here: enter your name, the email address used at checkout and your Discord username, then select "Confirm withdrawal here". You receive an email acknowledging your withdrawal, with its content and the date and time it was received. You may also send a clear statement by email to info@ferimanedge.com, by post to the address in the operator details, or to Link support marked "cooling off period". You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 21 days end.
Refund. FerimanEdge refunds the full amount through the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, and cancels the subscription. A full refund ends Full Access. Link also emails you a refund notification.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the current paid billing period. Within 21 days after purchase, use the withdrawal described above to receive a full refund.
Refunds may be provided where required by applicable law, or in cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or other circumstances where a refund is reasonably warranted.
To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us through our contact page or at info@ferimanedge.com, or contact Link support. Please provide the email address used for the purchase and, if available, the order identifier.
Approved refunds are processed by the Merchant of Record through the original payment method where possible. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
Subscribers cannot publish content in the Edge Update channels. You may contact us through the available support channels about service operation, subscriptions and access issues.
You retain any rights you hold in messages and materials you send to support. We may use those materials as necessary to handle your request, operate and secure the service, and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending a support request does not transfer ownership of your content to us or grant us permission to publish it for advertising.
We may monitor the Services for misuse and take reasonable measures to operate and secure them.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with the Services, including the providers involved and international data transfers. Use of the Services does not, by itself, constitute consent to processing or international transfers that require consent under applicable law.
We may suspend access immediately where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, reasonably suspected fraud, harassment, or a serious breach of these Terms. We will explain the reason and scope of the restriction as soon as it is safe and lawful to do so. You may contact us to request a review. If the grounds for suspension are not substantiated, we will restore access promptly.
For a breach that is not serious and can be remedied, we will first provide a warning describing the issue and allow at least 7 days to remedy it before terminating access on that ground. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination without that remedy period.
If we discontinue the paid service or terminate your subscription for our own business reasons unrelated to your breach, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email and refund in full the last payment for any period we do not fully supply. If a shorter notice period is required by law or an unavoidable security emergency, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. The refund commitment remains applicable.
Suspension or termination does not remove any mandatory consumer rights. Good-faith criticism or a complaint about the service is not, by itself, grounds for suspension or termination. A payment dispute or its outcome is not, by itself, proof of fraud or a breach of these Terms.
We may change the service only for a valid reason, such as security, legal requirements, changes to third-party platforms such as Discord or Stripe, or improvements. Changes are free of charge for you. Where a change has more than a minor negative effect on your access to or use of Full Access, we will inform you by email and in Discord at least 30 days in advance, with the content and timing of the change. You may then end the subscription free of charge within 30 days after the notice or after the change, whichever is later, and receive a full refund of your last payment. Any changes remain subject to applicable mandatory consumer law.
If Full Access is not provided in accordance with these Terms, you have the remedies provided by law, including having it brought into conformity, a price reduction or ending the contract.
Interruptions, delays and errors may occur, including through third-party platforms. We will take reasonable steps to restore the service and communicate significant disruptions through Discord where available. This does not exclude any remedy you may have under applicable law.
These Legal Terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to resolve it through good-faith discussions. This is voluntary and does not prevent either party from seeking a remedy before a competent court or authority at any time. Consumers retain any rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable mandatory law.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We may correct such errors and update information on the Services at any time. Corrections do not change the price or terms of an existing subscription, and do not limit the notice, cancellation and refund rights in these Terms.
Edge Updates are generated automatically from the reference strategy's rules. We do not guarantee profitable outcomes, any particular return, or that reference prices will be available when you trade. You decide independently whether and how to trade. A trading loss does not, by itself, establish a breach of our obligations.
We remain responsible for providing the service in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Any liability for breach, including the conditions for compensation and the losses recoverable, is determined under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing restricts mandatory consumer rights or the refund commitments expressly stated in these Terms.
You are responsible, to the extent provided by applicable law, for harm caused by your unlawful conduct or breach of these Terms. These Terms do not require you to indemnify us merely because you use the service, make a complaint, or incur a trading loss. You are not responsible for losses attributable to our own breach or misconduct.
Please keep copies of communications and records important to you. This section does not exclude our obligations concerning data security or any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
We communicate electronically through the channels described in these Terms. Where applicable law requires a particular form of notice, a durable medium or express consent, we will meet that requirement. Posting information on the website or Discord does not, by itself, establish that every such requirement has been met.
These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. Our responsibility for events beyond our reasonable control is determined under Section 19 and applicable law. If any provision or part of a provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Legal Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms or use of the Services.
The invite-only affiliate program will open only after all 100 Early Bird places have been used. It is not open yet, and there is no application process. Affiliate terms will be published before the program opens.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny or terminate any affiliate relationship at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or explanation.
Approved affiliate partners are entitled to a 30% recurring commission for the first 12 months of each active subscriber referred through their unique affiliate link. Beginning with month 13, the recurring commission is 15% for as long as that subscriber remains active. Commissions are tracked and administered through the provider selected by FerimanEdge for the program and are paid according to the applicable partner terms.
All commissions are subject to a 30-day pending period before becoming eligible for payout. This period exists to account for potential refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent activity. Commissions associated with refunded or reversed transactions will not be paid.
As a condition of participation in the affiliate program, affiliate partners expressly agree not to:
Affiliate partners are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax obligations with respect to any commissions received, in accordance with the laws of their applicable jurisdiction. FerimanEdge makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of affiliate income and shall have no liability for any taxes, penalties, or reporting obligations of any affiliate partner.
Violation of any provision of this section, or any other provision of these Legal Terms, may result in immediate termination of affiliate status and forfeiture of any pending or unpaid commissions, in addition to any other remedies available to the Company at law or in equity.
For formal complaints about the Services, please use the contact form, email info@ferimanedge.com or write to the postal address in the operator details. A complaint received through Discord will not be rejected solely because it was sent there. We may ask you to continue through the contact form so that we can handle it in writing. We acknowledge contact-form submissions and provide a written substantive response within 30 days.
You may raise payment, billing and refund matters with FerimanEdge directly or with Link support. FerimanEdge handles complaints concerning service delivery, access and Discord permissions.
If we reject a consumer complaint, our written response will include the information required by applicable law about the competent authority and conciliation body, and will state whether FerimanEdge has made a general submission declaration.
